At French Quarter Festivals, Inc. (FQFI), we proudly bring the heart and soul of New Orleans to life through three signature events: French Quarter Festival, Satchmo SummerFest, and Holidays New Orleans Style. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our mission is to promote the Vieux Carré and the city’s rich cultural heritage through world-class festivals that showcase New Orleans music, cuisine, and vibrant traditions.

Since 1984, the French Quarter Festival has celebrated the essence of New Orleans with over 20 stages showcasing every genre of local music, from traditional jazz to brass bands and Zydeco. Known as the city’s “favorite festival,” this event highlights the culinary excellence of over 60 Louisiana restaurants and attracts visitors from around the world to the iconic French Quarter.

For the fourth year, Loyola University New Orleans’ School of Music and Theatre Professions has been recognized among the nation’s top music business programs. Loyola’s students gain hands-on experience through unique internships, including working at major festivals like the French Quarter Festival.
