A New Orleans band playing original Jazz, Blues and Folk songs. Formed in 2013 in New Orleans, Bon Bon Vivant is a collection of musicians bringing varying influences to the mix. With some of BBV's members steeped in the traditional jazz of New Orleans and other members bringing songwriting traditions with blues and folk influences, it makes for an original and unique sound. In October 2013 Bon Bon Vivant released Evangeline, a 5 song EP and there first in-studio recording. Bon Bon Vivant is currently working on their first full length album set to be released in July 2015. Bon Bon Vivant can be heard playing at some favorite locations on Frenchmen St. and around New Orleans.
