They have opened shows for some of the biggest names in the world of reggae music when they make their way to New Orleans. These include Third World, Burning Spear, Pato Banton, Toots and the Maytals and Yellowman. The Revealers can often be seen at their "HOME TURF", Cafe Brasil near New Orleans' historic French Quarter area. Earmarked by their distinctive multi-part harmonies and energetic dancing, the Revealers are a must-see live act. The group abounds in prolific songwriters and most play multiple instruments, mixing a variety of styles in a traditional and often funky roots-reggae blend. The Revealers claim influence from a broad range of artists including Bob Marley, Burning Spear, Louis Armstrong, Tony Bennett, The Neville Brothers, George Benson, Jimi Hendrix, Mahalia Jackson, Prince, and Dorothy Donaway. The members have traveled as far as Italy, Ireland, Jamaica, Germany and Mexico, soaking up influences along the way.
