Some Like It Hot! is a New Orleans Dixieland Jazz Band that was formed from a love of traditional jazz. Members of the band: Kaye Caldwell-Leader-Trumpet, Janice Medlock-Trombone, Eric Shuman-Clarinet, Ron Kennedy-Banjo, Lil Josephine-String Bass, and Nita Hemeter-Drums, all share a love of Traditional Jazz. The band has become very popular in the past few years and has performed at numerous festivals including the French Quarter Festival, the Satchmo Festival, and the 2006 and 2010 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. The band performs every Sunday to standing room only crowds at the popular Buffa's Jazz Brunch in New Orleans.
